The good news is Westlake and San Marcos locations will start to reopen this Friday, May 1st, for take-out and delivery. So if you’re craving a frittata, coq au vin, or maybe one of the many tartines, Blue Dahlia Bistro is still just a short drive or phone call away.
Blue Dahlia Bistro is a simple, elegant French-inspired restaurant in Austin, Texas. It strives to provide classic, rustic dishes in a relaxing atmosphere that recalls the French countryside. The kitchen uses only fresh ingredients in its soups, salads, appetizers and main courses.
This is my favorite restaurant in all of Austin. I still miss their East Side location terribly, but their Bee Cave spot is still great even if it ambiance is different. Great drinks, great food, and great service -- all at a great price point. Their tartines, sangria, and their granola are the best things on the menu.
