31 Μαρ 2016 · I understand that many players are able to fix the issue by logging in directly to game client http://www.wgt.com/gameclient.aspx which is great information for us to be able to relay to players who are having trouble. (link included for those of you who need the workaround).
If your account has been saved, simply sign back in with your username and password. If your account has not been saved (mobile devices), choose SIGN IN then tap the HELP button at the bottom. Now choose RECOVER UNBOUND ACCOUNT. If your device ID is tied to a previous account, we will be able to help you recover your unsaved account.
