Coaching is a process of accompaniment and guidance that aims to help people achieve their goals, improve their performance and develop their potential. The coach, or coach, provides support, sets goals and uses specific techniques to motivate and guide the coachee, or client, on their way to success.
To me, coaching signifies a transformative journey of self-discovery and continuous growth. I have witnessed the tremendous power of active listening, empathy, and impactful questioning one gains in coaching. These skills have enabled me to gain clarity, make important decisions, and conquer obstacles with unwavering determination.
Coaching is a developmental process where a coach supports a client in achieving specific personal or professional goals by providing training and guidance. Together, the coach and coachee practice and build the skills and behaviors required to make progress toward their goals. Who is coaching for? Coaching is for everyone.

A prerequisite for being able to coach anyone is listening to what they say. The key to good coaching is hearing what is not said.
