All damage stacking in Destiny 2, barring a few very very minor exceptions, is multiplied together in the same calculation. Convert percentages into decimal and multiply as many numbers as you want. For example: Well of Radiance, Divinity, and Bait and Switch: 25% * 15% * 35% = ~94% increased damage (aka almost double damage)
Generally drop kick-starts and mods that restore flat energy unless you are using an ability that has a high ability gain multiplier. Run Surge mods because weapon damage is always good. Run Font mods (+30,50,70 to stat while you have armor charge) if your ability stat is not at 100.
