Anyone may request child support services by completing an "Application for Child Support Services" (JFS 07076) and submitting it to the local Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA). What types of services are provided by the child support enforcement agency?
Apply or Child Support Services. Apply online or print, fill out, and mail in one of the application packets below. Follow the instructions on filling out the application completely. Mail the completed application and any applicable fee to the child support office in your county.

You can also contact CSEA by logging into the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Child Support Customer Service Web Portal HERE. This is a web-based application as well as a mobile application which provides easy, on-demand access to your case.
Fill out an Application for Child Support Services and return the form to your county CSEA by mail or in person. The CSEA will work with you to take any steps necessary to get your account set up including finding the other parent, establishing paternity, and creating the order.
Ohio law provides criminal penalties for parents who fail to pay support for more than 26 out of 104 weeks, or who owe "arrearages" (overdue child support payments) in excess of $5,000. Special prosecutors handle these matters, and extensive non-payment of support is considered a felony.
