10 Ιουλ 2017 · On my windows 10 pro I have installed a small application which runs as a webserver on port 8080. I can access it using localhost:8080 or using the computers IP-address 192.168.xxx.xxx:8080. This all works fine.
30 Ιαν 2018 · Acccording to IIS and netstat -an | find "8080" the port is currently not in use. If I change the port to any other, the problem disappears.
