Launched in 2019, BIDA’s online One Stop Service (OSS) portal is a single-window platform for availing investor services in Bangladesh. BIDA is working to integrate all investor services with the award-winning OSS platform.
One Stop Service is an online platform integrating relevant Government agencies for providing efficient and transparent services to domestic and foreign investors.
To improve the investment facilitation services in Bangladesh, The Government of Bangladesh has enacted an act titled “One Stop Service Act 2017”. Under the act, Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) has been empowered to implement one stop services (OSS) for investors.
1 Οκτ 2020 · What is one stop service : According to the definition of One Stop Service in Section 2 (2) of the Act, some 37-38 services are listed in the Schedule-B of the said act. The services are to be provided by Central or Regional OSS centres.
BIDA One Stop Service (OSS) Launched in 2019, BIDA’s online One Stop Service (OSS) portal is a single-window platform for availing investor services in Bangladesh. At present, 58 online services are available, of which 18 services are from BIDA and 40 from 18 other government and private agencies.
One Stop Service Platform (OSSP) is an automated process re-engineering service that maintains enhanced security, privacy as well as audit logs. It is an incredibly useful framework that introduces various latest features with extra layers of security and reliability.
