Helson watches is one of the relatively new group of small dive watch brands which has cropped up in the wake of expanding production capabilities in China that offer competent manufacturing and quality control processes to those willing to design a watch primarily made of catalog components (case, bracelet, etc).
26 Μαρ 2014 · The Original is as it sounds, a true recreation of the original Seiko 6105 dial, with large, rectangular hour markers made from stamped steel and filled with luminous material. For the Frame, Helson has taken the Seiko marker shapes and produced almost a mirror image of the original design.
6 Ιουν 2012 · Helson numbers their watches, and on the Sharkmaster 1000, this number is located on the underside of one of the hoods, making it only visible when the watch is strapless. Though I can’t compare it to the original, I can certainly say the Helson did a great job on the machining of this case.
Helson is a Chinese company founded by dive enthusiasts and sports fanatics from Europe and Asia. Starting in 2011 their designs are inspired by dive watches of the past but use modern materials and movements to establish their reputation of robustness and reliability.
