1 Αυγ 2021 · Note – iPhone OS software updates are only stored on the computer when you update your iOS device automatically using the Update process in iTunes. How to Find iPhone OS software on Windows – First enable the “Show hidden files and folders” option from Folder options.
2 Μαΐ 2023 · Where does iTunes extract update packages (when you update iPhone or iPad etc) I see most people search that information. On Windows 10. C:\ProgramData\Apple Computer\iTunes. Check this folder accuarate and you find some temporary folders, with big sizes. Or C:\Users\All Users\Apple Computer\iTunes. Think this helpful for you!

24 Απρ 2024 · In the Run window, type %USERPROFILE% if you're using the Apple Devices app or iTunes from the Microsoft Store. Type %AppData% if iTunes shows Help > Check for Updates and you are not using the Apple Devices app.
Apple doesn't go out of it's way to tell you where iTunes stores the firmware files it downloads before it updates your iPhone. Should you ever need to access these files, it helps to know where to find them.
