By default, L2 is analog left and R2 is analog right, but you can switch the analog stick and d-pad for some games, or have L2 and R2 on the triggers and L1 and R1 on the analog stick. You can also set each of the controls to something else entirely and fully customize them.
Try AntiMicro graphical program used to map keyboard keys and mouse controls to a gamepad/controller. He wanted the functionality that the l2/r2 button had on a different system's version of the game. (Probably ps1,ps2,or ps3 version).

23 Σεπ 2024 · Just press the HOME button while playing a PSX game, there should be something called "Controller Options" or something like that and they it will say "Type 1". You can change that around to 4 different types of make your own custom control combination.
Last time I checked there is no R2/L2 key on the real PSP. Everything is Hitsuzen! But is really important or is there any combo key that could make a ball curve (placing) scoring one on one is a big problem but computer can. I will appreciate it if ''R2'' feature is introduce.
the psp doesn't have L2/R2 buttons. how can a game require buttons that don't exist?
28 Απρ 2022 · If a game requires the R2 and L2 buttons, these are usually mapped to the PSP's analogue stick to the lower left of the screen.
