7 Ιουν 2016 · That is the oil fill, you're good to go. The catch can drains the oil back into the engine instead of needing to empty the can. I'm not sure if the other insert will come out to provide a bigger opening but you can fill from there.

1 Δεκ 2018 · I ordered the JTL Oil Catch can P/N - 3030P. This assembly is specified for passenger side 2015-2019 Mustang with Whipple SC. As it turns out the installation instructions that are included do not work for the 2018, or at least my 2018.
17 Αυγ 2017 · Does anyone make a Catch can for use with the Whipple? I want the quick connects that whipple uses on the PCV lines. I'm guessing it would be a fender mount option and about 2 miles of vacuum hose.
6 Νοε 2019 · Two outlet ports from the catch can using check valves. One goes behind the throttle body other goes to the intake between MAF and throttle body. If you pull vacuum from the valve covers you will get more oil.

Whipple highly recommends running Ford Motorcraft 5W-50 full synthetic motor oil (PN #XL-5W50-QGT) vs the stock 5W-20. You will need 10 quarts for an oil change along with a Motorcraft oil filter #FL-500.
