If you don't wanna farm caps for it, just run through Honest Hearts asap and get Joshua's gun. Both guns have better DPS than the ranger sequoia. And Joshua's gun benefits from GRUNT (lil devil does not) so if you build to it specifically... It's easily the best pistol in the game. And FREE, as opposed to the lil devil.
