Guns N' Roses is an American hard rock band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 1985, the group originally consisted of vocalist Axl Rose, lead guitarist Tracii Guns, rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin, bassist Ole Beich and drummer Rob Gardner.
Guns N' Roses (Rose, Stradlin, McKagan, Slash, Adler, Sorum and Reed) were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012. Guns N' Roses have sold more than 100 million records worldwide, including 45 million in the United States, making them one of the best-selling bands in history.

Beyond Guns N’ Roses, Adler formed his own band, Adler’s Appetite, in the early 2000s, focusing on his own material as well as performing some Guns N’ Roses classics. He also released an autobiography, “My Appetite for Destruction,” detailing his life, career, and struggles with addiction.
