Guns N' Roses is an American hard rock band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 1985, the group originally consisted of vocalist Axl Rose, lead guitarist Tracii Guns, rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin, bassist Ole Beich and drummer Rob Gardner.
Guns N' Roses (Rose, Stradlin, McKagan, Slash, Adler, Sorum and Reed) were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012. Guns N' Roses have sold more than 100 million records worldwide, including 45 million in the United States, making them one of the best-selling bands in history.

Tracii Guns, born Tracy Richard Irving Ulrich on January 20, 1966, in Los Angeles, California, was a founding member of Guns N’ Roses. However, he left the band early in its formation, even before the recording of their debut album.
Guns N’ Roses was formed in Los Angeles in 1985 by Rose and Stradlin. After changes in personnel, the band’s lineup stabilized with Rose as the vocalist, McKagan on bass, Adler on drums, and Slash and Stradlin on guitar.
