About RVZ files. RVZ files work with the Dolphin emulator but not on real hardware. They also help save bandwidth for both you and the website hosting the files when downloading. If you are using real hardware, use Dolphin Emulator to convert the files to ISO (Guide) (Video Guide).
Use dolphin to convert the .rvz to .iso. Use wii backup manager to convert to .iso to .wbfs. To play the .wbfs on the wii use either wiiflow or usb loader GX. Both these homebrew apps require cios to run properly. Heres a guide on how to do that: https://wii.guide/cios
