Snowpiercer is an American post-apocalyptic dystopian thriller television series that premiered on May 17, 2020, on TNT. It is based on both the 2013 film of the same name, directed by Bong Joon-ho, and the 1982 French graphic novel Le Transperceneige by Jacques Lob, Benjamin Legrand and Jean-Marc Rochette, from which the film was adapted.

Following an ensemble cast for its first season, following the second season, the series pivots to follow the lives of a specific crime family, led by budding drug-dealer Franklin Saint (played by Damson Idris) as they navigate ways to make money selling crack cocaine during the 1980s crack epidemic in South Central Los Angeles.
Following the increase in consumer demand and the global uncertainty regarding COVID-19, TNT brought forward the release date of the series from May 31, 2020, to May 17, 2020. The second season premiered on January 25, 2021 on TNT and on Netflix January 26, 2021.

"Informer" is a song by Canadian reggae musician Snow, released in August 1992 by East West Records as the first single from his debut album, 12 Inches of Snow (1993). The song is well known for the line "a licky boom boom down" [1] and for Snow's fast toasting and often unintelligible lyrics.
