What mods should I get for Fallout 3? These lists are always a work in progress, and created with help from the community. They will be adjusted and updated over time.
Anniversary Patcher, lStewieAl's Tweaks, and Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch are some essential mods. Make sure to use MO2 as well. Environment: FO3 Flora Overhaul - Dead Edition, Fallout Street Lights, Attentater's Wasteland Economy Revived, Farms of the Wasteland. NPCs: Little Lamplight Scavengers, MTC Wasteland Travellers V2.
Drafonni. • 2 yr. ago • Edited 2 yr. ago. I’m pretty sure Anniversary Patcher, lStewieAl's Tweaks, and Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch is all you need to have the game be functional. TTW is easier but if you want to try mods only on FO3, use these.

At approximately 450 mods we will also be using a multitude of tools, similarly to my MOFAM guide for Fallout 4, Lexy's guide for SSE & STEP guides found elsewhere.
