I have been doing wildy slayer for a bit recently and finally decided to use a cannon. I got a greater demons task, so I took my cannon to the rev caves. When all was said and done, I had used just over 1k cannon balls (~200k), and 4 prayer potions (~40k), and had only gotten about 200k from loot (emblem, rune full helm, & herbs).

Guide to safespotting Fire Giants with a cannon in OSRS Wilderness Slayer.
The Wilderness Slayer Cave is a cave located beneath the Wilderness. It ranges from level 17 Wilderness to level 32 Wilderness, where the deepest parts of the cave contain black dragons at level 30 Wilderness, and abyssal demons at level 30–32 Wilderness.
The Deep Wilderness Dungeon can be found in level 51 Wilderness. The entrance is via stairs in a broken house west of the Mage Arena. It is entirely single-way combat and covers level 49 to 56 Wilderness. The entrance to the Deep Wilderness Dungeon on the map.
You can do slayer in other places. And you can use a cannon in the wilderness slayer caves. Do some dust devils there. Or go to lighthouse and kill dagannoths. And learn how to take a screenshot while you’re at it.
