All of the following Slayer assignments have to be completed inside the Wilderness, kills outside of the Wilderness will not count towards completion of the assignment.
Wilderness slayer chests are rewarded to players for finishing Slayer assignments from Mandrith in the Wilderness. If the player's backpack is full, the chest will be placed on the ground with no notification. Items obtained from this chest do not count towards the Wilderness slayer collection log.
Use low pop/undesirable worlds, quickchat world is great. Skip all long tasks and stick to the fast ones so you're in and out. green/blue drags and hellhounds are all ~5 mins tasks in areas that are rarely checked. Stick with these and you're done in 10hrs worth of tasks.
Mandrith is the Wilderness Slayer Master. He only provides tasks for slayer monsters in the wilderness. 95 Slayer and 120 Combat are required to request a Slayer task.
After declining a Slayer challenge, players can now force a Slayer task using their Slayer masks. patch 18 March 2013 ( Update ): Players on free worlds can now change their slayer tasks properly if they were previously a member.
