A windsurfer was attacked by a shark on Christmas Eve in Western Australia. The 46-year-old was windsurfing on Wedge Island, about 150km north of Perth, on Sunday around 3:00 pm when an unidentified shark tore into his ankle. After the attack, he was transferred to Joondalup Hospital.
