12 Μαρ 2017 · Basically, whenever I turn on my computer, it gets to the Starting Windows phase and just stays there. The startup animation still plays, yet it gets nowhere. I have tried booting into safe mode, however it gets stuck at loading CLASSPNP.SYS. It then freezes there and doesn't continue booting.

9 Μαΐ 2013 · I've been having a problem on my desktop. Today I went to turn it on and it just sat right at the Windows Starting screen, and it sat there with the animation moving, but it won't move past. I then tried to start it in Safe Mode, which there it freezes up as well.

24 Ιουν 2016 · I have recently noticed that Windows 7 will freeze during startup, specifically while the Windows Logo is midway from forming. After this occurs, I will usually just have to turn my computer off and then on again. When I do this, Windows will boot up normally with no errors.
Currently, I'm having difficulties in turning on my computer due to Windows 7 freezing during the "Windows Startup" screen, in which, the logo's animation will cease and the boot will not continue. In order to bypass this issue, I will normally have to restart my computer several times from this state.
7 Ιαν 2013 · As the computer freezes during the startup repair, let’s perform system restore using Windows 7 installation disk. Try booting your system with Windows 7 installation disc. When it gets to the main setup window, click on Repair from the lower left corner.
19 Μαΐ 2017 · After installation the PC rebooted and in "starting windows" screen the PC is stuck. The default SATA controller is AHCI in my motherboard. In some website I red that enabling SATA compatibility will solve the problem but it didn't.
