9 Απρ 2024 · my windows is freezing on startup. when I restart or open up my desktop, when it arrives at the windows logo and loads, it hangs all the time. All I can do is to go to bios and to save and reset there.

27 Μαρ 2020 · Meanwhile, I would suggest you to try performing Clean Boot and see if it freezes. Refer the article How to perform a clean boot in Windows. Performing a clean boot will start the computer with minimal set of drivers and programs, to determine whether a background program is causing the issue.

I have tried booting into safe mode, however it gets stuck at loading CLASSPNP.SYS. It then freezes there and doesn't continue booting.

1 Φεβ 2022 · Windows 10 sometimes freezes on startup (see attached image) and the only thing that will make the computer boot up normally is turning the power switch on the back of the tower off, unplugging the power cable, plugging it back in and then turning the computer on again.
