18 Ιουν 2011 · First, Windows 7 is no longer supported by modern Mac. So unless you want to use the installation disk on a PC or old Mac, then Windows 10 is more recommended. Second, please try to format the USB to FAT32 instead of NTFS or exFAT, which will does not work on Mac.

Install Windows 7 creating the boot from Windows on a PC with the Rufus application and start from the Mac boot screen (without using Boot Camp).

Now it's time to remove the Windows 7 USB and plug in the Hiren's Boot CD/Linux USB. If you're using a single USB, boot back to the same Ventoy USB and select the Hiren's Boot CD/Linux ISO. If you still have macOS installed, I recommend booting into macOS [I used the macOS method, but all 3 work].

Honestly, Boot Camp could be our first choice for installing Windows on Mac as dual boot, but it has too issues and errors according to our testing result and user feedback.
