I did the usual procedure and changed it on Settings > Time and language > Language. I downloaded the language pack for English (United States) and also went to Administrative language settings and changed it to English there as well.

20 Ιαν 2020 · You may want to reinstall Windows just to be sure it's fixed, or use the System File Checker to repair corrupt system files. Second, Windows 10 supports multiple languages. You do not need to reinstall the OS in another language. Additional languages can be installed right from the Microsoft Store.
