A review and my not so happy opinion on windows home server 2011
So for some time now I have been struggling to get youtube videos to run without stuttering/chopping. My internet connection is fine and I see no dropped frames in the "Stats for nerds" option when I see on-screen stuttering.

The home server transcodes any video or audio file(s) to other formats and resolutions when the content is not playable. The supported codes include the following: 3GP, AAC, AVCHD, MPEG-4, WMV, and WMA.
Has anybody experienced any issues with YouTube HD or other streaming service playback? When selecting 1080p or higher, the video will not buffer fast enough. Used to be fine on windows 10, so I’m just curious if anybody else has seen this bug and might potentially have a fix!

I've been having issues intermittantly for the last week or so, using Windows 10. It's likely a problem with some of the Youtube servers. I did have trouble with 4K videos a while back, and that was an issue with the graphics drivers.
