To sign into TOTAL: Open TOTAL. In the screen that appears, select your username from the drop‑down menu. If you don't see your username in the list, make sure you've created an a la mode user profile and assigned a TOTAL seat. Click here for instructions.

Click Start, [All] Programs, a la mode Vault, and select Configure Vault. If you're using Windows 8/10, simply press the Windows key and type Configure Vault into the Start screen/menu and press Enter. When you see the Introduction screen, click Next. Enter your Username and Password.
