Customers that have purchased a recalled item will receive a notification from Wish, including the product name and instructions on what to do with the affected item. A recall notice will typically not contain Product Identification (PID), but rather a brand name, model/SKU, or other identifiers.

Once notified of a product recall (Regulator or Manufacturer-driven): All recalled product listings are removed from the Wish platform within 24-48 business hours of the announcement. This includes products covered by the recall (i.e. by product name/title, image, or description).
