I would get emails that there was a password change attempt or a successful one. If there was an attempt i would change my password, and if there was a successful one I would have to contact support. The first time they perma banned my communications because i was 'sharing my password'.
24 Οκτ 2010 · I had my account stolen from me for over a month, without me even being notified of any password/email changes and my consent to do it. Some how the individual whose email I now have saved after KI gave me my account back, figured out my Master Password and took the entire account from me.
Supposedly, someone set up a phishing website using mozellosite to trick people into sharing their login information in order to supposedly get free items and apparently, KI banned their account over that.
