30 Αυγ 2009 · You can press the "Forgot" button at www.wizard101.com. Select the radial for "Forgot Master Password", enter your username and an email will be sent. Make sure you are not logged in to the website. Click the word Forgot? Indicate that you have forgotten the master password.
9 Ιουλ 2008 · If you forget your password please go to "Forgot" hyperlink located in the login section of the Wizard101 or Pirate101 website. Fill out the appropriate fields on the next page and a new temporary password will be sent to your email address.
When you get access to an old account, they ask for the credit card used to make a purchase on the account as an identification step. (I had to do this) They also asked for the email of the account. I was able to get my password reset and get my user name back.
11 Ιουλ 2008 · To reset your master password you first need to login at www.wizard101.com or www.pirate101.com. Once logged in, go to "My Accounts." In the "My Accounts" screen, you will see a button labeled "Login master Password." Click this button. At the bottom right of the pop up window, you will see a link called "Forgot Master Password."
Go to eu.wizard101.com; Login with your username & password. Go to "My Accounts". Enter your Master Password if applicable. Click on the "Manage" tab. Click the "Change Plans" button. Click the "End" button. Confirm cancellation. Complete and submit the membership feedback form.
