MechWarrior: Dark Age (MWDA; later as Age of Destruction or AOD) was a tabletop wargame by WizKids set in the BattleTech universe that uses the Clix system. The game's miniatures are pre-painted models of infantry squads, vehicles, and giant walking war machines known as BattleMechs or more simply "'mechs".
Mechwarrior: Dark Age is Wizkids Games continuation of the BattleTech property. Jordan Weisman has tasked his design team with using the click-dials used in Mage Knight / Mage Knight Dungeons / Hero Clix to present a system of combined arms warfare in the BattleTech universe.
6 Οκτ 2024 · In the first expansions of the game, WizKids tried to make MW:DA a simplified version of BattleTech, with many of the 'Mechs capable of being easily converted to their pen and paper BattleTech equivalents.

8 Απρ 2021 · This game is worthy of any MechWarrior fan’s collection, at the very least with a Starter Set and a Booster Pack. With like-minded and like-equipped friends, an evening of ‘Mech warfare is easy, manageable, and most of all, fun.
