The Wolverine System was designed to replace conventional light duty toolrests with heavy duty universal grinding and dressing jigs for low cost grinders. Properly installed, with balanced wheels, this system will outperform grinders costing in excess of $500.00.
To sharpen the rounded ske-A or Richard Raffan shape, first establish your radius by grinding on the platform. Then grind in the vee-arm by rocking/rolling the toea~ as when sharpening a gouge.
The Wolverine System is furnished with two bases, one to mount under each wheel, which permit two simultaneous grinding set ups. Each base accepts either sliding arm. Arms are effortlessly adjusted or secured by a cam locking device. The “V” arm attachment is 27" in length and is perfect for sharpening gouges, skews, chisels, or carving tools.
The cutting bevel is determined by moving the V-arm towards or away from the grinding wheel, then holding the V-arm in position by tightening the cam lock. The platform is a 3" x 5" x 1/4" thick steel plate and is used when sharpening skew chisels, wood chisels, scrapers or gouges.

The Oneway sharpening system was specially designed for woodturning tools but, with its two different jigs, is also suitable for chisels and plane blades as well as other tools. The arm is fitted to a double-wheeled grinder using a base system (fits all common models).
