You can also get Emblems of Heroism and lots of gold finishing quest lines in the end game zones - there are guides for this. Use that gearscore to get into VOA 10/25 and ONY 10/25 groups, for nothing else but the badges but sometimes you get a piece of gear.
For every rest of your weak gear parts - search for a quest for that part in ICC to get you some nice blue gear from the quests via item database in wowhead - obtainable by a quest. Now you should be all nice and sound 187-200ilvl geared, ready for HC dungeons.

However, note that these gears are all character bound, meaning you cannot even move them within storage to other characters on the same account.
