Got some emails tonight stating that someone had logged in, then requested a email address change and then proceeded to do whatever - don’t know as I can’t access the account. What is the usual turnaround for responses?

Then, the attackers try those same email/password combinations on other services, especially lucrative ones - Amazon, Ebay, gaming platforms, netflix etc. You will need to contact Blizzard support, who will respond within several days, asking you for proof of account ownership.

All you need to do is fill in a special Account Recovery web form and send it to us. After that we’ll reset your password and restore your access to your Battle.net account, including your WoW characters and items.
