If you have applied or obtained a physician license through the compact to practice in the state of Indiana and are inquiring about the status of your license, please contact PLA's staff at imlc@pla.in.gov.
To be eligible for a Physician or Osteopathic Physician license, applicants must have graduated from a recognized or approved medical school by the Medical Licensing Board. Prior to submitting an application, please refer to the following sections to verify that your medical school or training location is recognized or approved.
