12 Οκτ 2024 · port forwarding not working. in the xfinity app i have set ports for 7777 and 27015 TCP/UDP, but when I use port checkers such as portchecker.co or canyouseeme.org it says they are not open, even when I try to use telnet in Windows cmd it doesn't show that these ports are active. -i have already opened the ports on firewall.

22 Ιουν 2022 · In the Xfinity app, navigate to Connect > your network > Advanced Settings > Port Forward. Locate the port forward that you are trying to use. If the port forward settings that are in use are associated with a device, select Edit to adjust these settings or delete the port forward.
Open up the xfinity app and it should bring you to the overview page. On the top right, there is a chat icon, click it. It will bring you to the chat AI assist. In the chat window, type port forward. The AI will respond the a number of prompts, select network.
