29 Ιουν 2020 · If you're reading this and you're unsure, I totally recommend the Xulane patch! I keep mine on my lower abdomen, and I put a clear Nexcare Tegaderm on top of my patch (lasts up to 7 days, no issue) to secure it and give me peace of mind.
Xulane ( The Patch) Experiences. Hi, I just started Xulane last week to attempt to help my pcos symptoms not be so bad. I don't typically take hormonal birth control, but non hormonal will not help with pcos. What I have noticed since starting it is mild headaches, pretty much everyday.

In the middle of 2021, my HCP started sending me Zafemy instead of Xulane. When I asked why, apparently in the city I lived in, Zafemy was what was available. Immediately, I noticed that Zafemy was A LOT thinner than the Xulane patch.
