Xfinity Email lets you set spam blockers with a Comcast email spam filter. Spam Filtering places emails designated as spam in a separate Spam folder. You can check and see if any legitimate email was marked as spam by accident and use the toolbar to mark it Not Spam.

16 Απρ 2022 · From there, you can go to settings> email settings > Advanced Settings >select Automatically Move Spam & Potentially Harmful Messages to Spam Folder. When you do this, spam will automatically be filtered to the spam filter and delete it after 7-days.
14 Απρ 2020 · On or about March 15, 2021 Xfinity spam filters started allowing many "JUNK/SPAM" emails to pass through into Outlook and then appear into the "Focused" designated box. My Outlook Junk email settings are set to highest level, "Safe Lists Only".

10 Μαρ 2022 · Comcast email really has no "whitelist" function like you might find with other email providers. Instead, you can put the contact in the address book, and that is supposed to keep it from getting filtered out as spam.
18 Μαρ 2024 · If you have Xfinity Connect's built-in filtering set to "Automatically move spam", messages that Comcast determines to be spam will be delivered to the Spam folder instead of the Inbox and they won't be processed by the filters you have set up.
