Step by Step Guide to update your Page 2. Reschedule an IDT period in EDM: This is often referred to as a "Reshed" 1) You must have an active NSIPS account. 2) Log into NSIPS (using the link above) 3) Select your DOD Certificate (Your DOD EMAIL Certificate will not work) 4) Click "OK" 5) Enter your PIN. 6) Click "OK" 7) Click "OK" 8) Click "Logon"
Now go through NSIPS and see if you can go through everything like clicking those forms and having them load (managed to even sign them, download them, and reupload them in Edge (IE Mode). It worked for me and hopefully it works for you and others.
I got married back in March 31, 2021 and I’ve been trying to add my spouse to my page 2 on NSIPS ever since. It keeps getting denied by the RED/DA clerk for some reason and I don’t know why as they don’t explain what’s wrong with my application. My wife was enrolled into DEERS around April.
