12 Ιουλ 2011 · All of the frames that we are working on use 1.5" outer diameter tube with 1/8" wall thickness (using DOM tubing). We did some Finite Elements Analysis (FEA analysis) and put together a report showing the differences between the tube diameters and their performances.

They look very much like the classic 650 vertical twins from Triumph, BSA, and Royal Enfield, so they fill the eye-candy side of the coin but on half the budget with late model and easy-to-find parts.
16 Ιαν 2024 · There are a large variety of metric motorcycles that can make a reliable and inexpensive bobber. Best bike for a cheap bobber build are parallel twin cylinder bikes such as Yamaha XS650s and the smaller displacement Honda CBs or Suzuki's mid-range 4 cylinder model 250s.
