YouTube has some incredibly good TV shows available for free (and yes, this is legal). I binge watched Unsolved Mysteries from the 80s/90s a year ago on youtube. Another one was Forensic Files and The FBI Files. Lastly History Channel's Modern Marvels has some episodes available for free.
Tubi and Epix are free. If you have a FireStick there’s a TV icon on the main menu where you can watch their FAST channels (Free Ad Supported TV). If your TV has an antenna, you can tune in the local stations like ABC, NBC, FOX and watch their shows as well.

Filled with obscure, budget and rip-off movies with the odd gem somewhere in there. There are more movies on YouTube, but the legality is a bit more questionable.
