The Ziploc Zip n Steam baggie makes it easy to add veggies to leftovers for a post-rehearsal meal. Bag them in advance so you can just grab and zap. They're less expensive than already bagged frozen steamables at the store and the baggies can be reused.
Pat ingredients into single layer, place bag in microwave. Microwave on full power for 7 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Allow bag to stand for 1 minute before handling.
