26 Ιουλ 2020 · A screensaver that includes the results of an art project led by Berlin artist Nikolaus Baumgarten and with contributions from many other illustrators. Zoomquilt consists of a series of illustrations that is animated to create the illusion of an infinitely zooming image.
The goal of the Zoomquilt was to create a seamless animated infinite zoom illusion. When the Zoomquilt first came out in October 2004, it immediately went viral. The Zoomquilt was first released in Shockwave and Flash format, and ported to modern web standarts in 2013.
