The Zurn ZC100-89 overflow roof drain is a high quality cast iron roof drain that is installed as a “backup” to the main roof drain. The overflow roof drain will go into service if the primary or main roof drain become blocked with debris.
Install one (1) white teflon washers onto each of the four 3/8-16 x 1-3/4 long securing bolts. Insert each securing bolt through each hole in the clamping ring and make sure the bolt also goes through the positioning holes in the flat gasket and threads into the drilled and tapped holes in the body. Hand tight only at this time.
