  6. I am of the opinion that Account Health is completely automated and NEVER gives a sensible reply. They probably run some outdated form of AI chatbot to generate random nonsensical answers. The only way to resolve this issue is to sell on a different platform - one that has a human contact in the form of a concierge department.

  8. Hello Amazon Support Team, Our account was closed about a year and a half ago and was reactivated about 2 months ago. After our account was activated, Amazon sent us an e-mail and told us that our identity needed to be verified again, so we should make an appointment. We attended the meeting and received an e-mail at the end of the meeting.

    I have recently opened a new Amazon Professional account . Just to clarify - professional is NOT an account type (the legal entity) just the name of one of the two selling plans available, which I assume you signed up for (£30 a month fee).
