15 Φεβ 2023 · Career employees of the American Postal Workers Union will get a $0.10 per hour COLA in March 2023, based on the January CPI-W. This is the third COLA under the 2021-2024 CBA, in addition to general wage increases.
13 Φεβ 2024 · In accordance with the 2021-2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement, career employees represented by the APWU will receive a $0.17 per hour cost-of-living adjustment (COLA), effective March 9, 2024. The increase is the result of a rise in the Consumer Price Index (CPI-W), and will appear in paychecks dated March 29, 2024 (Pay Period 07-2024).

This is the fourth COLA under the 2021-2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and the total cumulative amount is $2.39 per hour.
