Line-Up Cards. Coaches can download and print the team line-up cards. You don’t need a template cardstock anymore. It can be printed on regular paper or regular cardstock paper. Please note that the Line Cards will only be available for teams that are posted.
AYSO has issued official AYSO Line-up cards that can be printed 4 at a time from your computer. These cards are blank on the front (That is where the line-up info will be printed) and pre-printed with the game report on the back.
Below is a step by step how to. Cards need to be printed on card stock paper not regular paper. DOWNLOAD CARDS. • Click Lineup Cards then click download to fill in information.
