I made their soup last night but doubled the amount of onion powder, garlic powder and chicken broth and added 1 chicken bouillon cube. My daughter thought this tasted more like the Black Bear's soup. For vegetables I thought they used celery and carrots but it's hard to tell since they puree them. I used those and potatoes. Hope this helps.

I really want the recipe for the Black Bear Jamboree's creamy vegetable soup! I also went to the Dixie Stampede, but their's wasn't nearly as good (all the other food at the stampede was SO much better than the jamboree EXCEPT the soup!).
20 Ιουν 2017 · Ingredients: 1 pound Bear stew meat, cubed. 4 cups homemade Venison stock (or store bought beef stock) 16oz Guinness or other stout style beer (or 16oz red wine) 4 large carrots, roughly chopped. 1 large brown onion, sliced. 2 celery stalks, chopped. 4 cloves garlic, chopped. 6 potatoes, quartered. 2 bay leaves. 1 can 6oz tomato paste.
