Ideally, I could just edit the email of the existing staff member, but the email field is locked. Whatever the solution is, I need to ensure the existing appointments already assigned to the origianl admin/staff member don’t get corrupted or deleted for some reason.
25 Ιαν 2021 · Based on my knowledge, only the global administrator is able to manage and see Bookings service in Microsoft 365 admin center. Therefore, please make sure your are the global admin. Besides, if there are other global administrators in your organization, you can contact other administrators to see if they can see the Bookings service.

Meanwhile, please reset your users' working time to the default one, save it and see if it is taking effect on the booking page. If yes, set your time intervals again to see if the issue occurs.
