As per the latest playtest packet, Bull Rush is a martial feat with the following text: Effect: Choose a Large or smaller creature within 5 feet of you. Contest your Strength against that creature’s Strength.

Benefit. When you perform a bull rush you do not provoke an attack of opportunity from the defender. You also gain a +4 bonus on the opposed Strength check you make to push back the defender.
A bull rush is pretty straightforward. Use a standard action to bull rush. Enter target's space. Take an attack of opportunity from the swarm (and probably not your ally). Contested Strength check: your +STR plus +4 for each size larger than Medium + d20 versus ally's +STR + d20.
