17 Νοε 2008 · I think one of the advantages in C# with Properties as they have the same API as fields, so clients of the class don't really care if they are accessing a property or a field. (This is NOT true in C++ for example).. In prototyping, I think it is reasonable to start with public fields, and then migrate to properties as needed.
